This charge pump DC-DC converter takes an input voltage from 2.0V to 5.5V and outputs jumper selectable 5V or 3.3V supplying up to 120ma. The input voltage can be higher than, lower than, or equal to the set output voltage - switching between step-down and step-up modes is automatic. The converter has over-temperature and overload protections as well as optional shutdown and power good signals.
