This is the last of the Fifth Element Stone badges from Defcon 27.
This badge features all 4 element stones that actually open when placed on the badge! Each element stone is composed of 11 circuit boards that make the opening mechanism work. The element stones are also SAOs and can be connected to other badges that have an SAO connector.
The base of the badge features 4 element stone locations. Each spot has a quote from the movie character that opened that stone. If you get them all in the correct location, you activate the 5th Element in the center! There is also a blinky mode that flashes all the LEDs in the center of the badge.
The badge comes in a custom box that looks like the element stone case from the movie! The box contains the following:

Strings for securing Element Stones to badge (so they don't get lost when wearing it as a badge)
