ESP01 Expander Series:

Loads of people use ESP-01 in their projects. It is a great little MCU that enables plenty of IOT projects. Unfortunately it is limited when it comes to GPIO's. This product is part of a series to tackle this issue. Using I²C the ESP01 can be expanded with loads of GPIO's.

In this case 2x ADS1115 with a total of 4x Differential or 8x Single-Ended 16-bit ADC with PGA and Comparator.

Enabling your ESP01 project to read out analogue values of sensors etc.

ADS1115 Spec's:

Resolution: 16 Bits
Programmable Sample Rate: 8 to 860 Samples/Second
Power Supply/Logic Levels: 2.0V to 5.5V
Internal PGA: up to x16
I2C Interface: 0x48/0x4B
Four Single-Ended or 2 Differential Inputs
Programmable Comparator

General information:

I²C pins on the ESP01 are GPIO1-SDA/GPIO3-SCL.
I²C address ADS0: 0x48
I²C address ADS1: 0x49
Boards from the ESP01 Expander series are stackable, where the I²C/Supply is connected between boards.
Compatible with the Adafruit ADS1X15 Library for Arduino
ESP01 and the stackable headers are not included but can be added optionally. This way you don't pay for what you don't need.. ESP01 comes factory boot loaded, no code/sketch included.
