It's an I2C shifter for Raspberry Pi with superpowers! It lets you interface 5V I2C devices (RTCs, Arduinos, DACs, LCDs, digital trimpots etc.) to your Pi safely and comfortably - even while using other HATs!

This shifter is designed for press-fit connection, which means that you don't have to solder it to your Pi and it's easily reusable. It sticks out of the either side of your Pi, depending on how you like it to fit, you can hide it inside your Pi mechanically for a more compact build, or have it stick out for easier prototyping.

The PCB is only 0.8mm thick, which means it won't interfere with any HATs you'd like to plug on top of your Pi - after all, parallel connection of many devices is the purpose of I2C, and it's sad that typically the I2C pins are hard to get to with another HAT plugged on!
