What is it?

Based on the great project of JHewitt, I built his wardriver PCB with all the needed components, flashed the firmware in both units, and created a case for it from 3D-printed ABS. The only thing you need to do is hook it up with a micro-USB cable and set up the unit to start wardriving. The included 16GB micro-SD-card comes with the July release (most recent) cell tower files. You can add your Wigle API code to have the results uploaded automatically when the wardriver has an internet connection (coming in next firmware update), or download the .csv file of your "drive" and upload it manually.

Why did you make it?

I had a lot of fun building it, and want other people to enjoy it as well who might not have the needed skills to build it themselves.

What makes it special?

Who doesn't like some wardriving ;)

The product is hand-built, so minor imperfections can occur, for example with 3D printing.

First off shout out to Joseph Hewitt. This product is amazing. Well built and works great. Was super easy to set up and get rocking! We hit an snag with the shipping but he was super on top of it and communicative it was really a non issue! All around great experience and great product, also all the documentation is well above and beyond what I usually see for similar things for this project! 10 of 10 would recommend!
