This is a nostalgia badge. It is a Defcon 14 like badge in black with multi color slow cycling eyes. It is powered by a single 2032 coin cell battery and lasts for days.

I made this badge to dip my toe into #badgelife in a controlled manner. I wanted to share my appreciation for what got me interested in creating hardware, the Defcon badges.

This badge is not a counterfeit badge. It is much simpler and meant to be an introduction like I was able to have. These initial badges are the first run leftover from DefCon.

The kit has simple through hole components. With only 4 types of components and only 6 components to solder on, it is a great first badge.
