What is it?

Yet Another TFT Shield is designed for use with Arduino (UNO). It will also work with the Arduino Mega 2560 (which has more memory and pins), and ESPDUINO-32. The Color touch TFT display has a diagonal size of 3.5" and a resolution of 320x240. The lower part of the display includes 5 buttons.

On the bottom side of the board there is a microSD connector for reading/writing large amounts of data: for example, you can store images in the jpeg format or a video file with the extension “rgb”, which can then be viewed on the display. The bottom side of the board also includes a connector for connecting a bluetooth module HC-05 (HC-06).

Due to the rather large consumption of the board, the power supply is not from the Arduino port, but from an external source of 6-9 volts (DC 6 volts is ideal), with a current of at least 1,5-2 A.
