What is it?

This is a case for a desktop "skiff" Eurorack synthesizer.

It's 3U high, 84 HP wide and can receive modules up to 5cm deep.

The U is the unit for measuring the height of a row in a 19 inches rack. The Eurorack standard is based on 3U rows. The HP is the unit for measuring the width of a modular row. Typically, modules measure 4 or 6 HP but can be as thin as 2HP or as wide as several 10s HP.

The rails are equipped with threaded strips, in M2.5. This way, you don't need to add nuts and each modules has its own spot. A bag of adapted screws (M2.5) is provided with the kit.

The side panels are slightly tilted for better access to the modules.

The entire case is made of fibre glass (FR4) for the panels and aluminium for the two rails.

The assembly is extremely simple as it only requires a single screw driver.

Currently, the case panels come in red or black. Please choose the desired color in the options.

What's included?

The kit includes the side and bottom panels, the two rails with threaded inserts, the small hardware (screws, nuts, right angle brackets).

What's not included?

The PSU and the bus must be purchased separately (see my other items). The two handles and any other part that is not listed in the section "what's included" above.
