I've been a defcon hacker for a decade. I've built many badges in my many cons, but recently I took up music, guitar specifically, and in doing so I have found I have many many fellow closet musicians in the hacker community.
This 1983 themed badge shows how basic good amplifier circuits are done. Gain, Volume, Tone, 5+ noise reduction circuits, polarity protection, auto power off to save battery and many others. And a few special surprises you may notice on the board.
Whether this is your first badge or your an avid badge builder this circuit is simple and entertaining enough for everyone.
Powered by a standard 9V battery (not included) or standard 9v Reverse polarity pedal power chain.
