Read More…The GP-meter 6.0 is a Bosch LSU4.2 Air Fuel Ratio sensor controller with a large back-lit LCD display and CAN-bus connection. Because the project is open source you can use it is a base for other vehicle-related display projects like an OBD-2 data display, fuel usage meter, speedometer or quarter mile timer. There is also a foot-print (not-populated) for a GPS module, WIFI module and an 8GB SD Card, so the kit could be used for all sorts of DIY-motorsport logging projects.
I made this kit to allow DIYers to build a useful and accurate Air Fuel Ratio meter. This is the function of the GP-meter 6.0 as shipped with the pre-loaded application.
This kit is special because it is low-cost, very easy to build and features the popular ARM Cortex M4 controller. Please note the Bosch LSU4.2 sensor is purchased separately.
