It was designed as a practical implementation of logic circuit design course. It turned out to be a very entertaining project which actually worked very nicely. Board contains one error which is solved by cutting one wire and adding a bodge wire.
This board is entirely TTL based and has no programmable options. In addition to that, it needs an external clock frequency which makes it a nice board to test your oscillator implementation on.
