What is it?

If you ever wanted to have your car headlights turned on after entering the tunnel and turned off upon exiting - this is a DIY project for you. The wiring is for Audi A3 8P but with slight modifications it could be connected to other vehicles as well.

Options

• Switch with DRL position = if you order this version, the device is active when in DRL position, so you can still turn lights off completely by using the OFF position on the switch
• Switch without DRL position = if you order this version, the device is active on the OFF position of the switch

Included in the order:

• Electronic device with two-way connector for easy connecting (as seen in the photos)
• Light-sensor on a cable ~35cm long.

IMPORTANT !!!

If you plug in the original car harness (cabling) the other way around, you will burn your light switch! This switch goes simply between the original car harness and the switch. When you disconnect the car harness from the light switch, make sure you plug it in the device (the headlight switch mod that you purchased) in the correct order - the way it originally was.
