An interface for mounting a pocket computer¹ onto the curved surface of our generic chestplate-harness platform. Equipped with a latching tab for quick mount, dismount, swap, and access without tools. Fits the top-side holes in the NUC after removing its snap-on access cover. To install: Set the snap-off guides along the chestplate top edge and drill the screw holes³ using the mounting plate as a template. Take care to drill the holes perpendicular to the flat plane of the mounting plate, not the curved surface of the chestplate. Set a screw after every hole drilled, so the mount doesn't shift between holes. Dismount before removing the snap-off guides (to avoid pulling the screws out of the polyurethane). Don't overtighten the screws or they will drill out the soft polyurethane. Use threadlock fluid if you like, or if sometime later you have done/undone the screws too many times and they've become loose - but don't overtighten.

¹ As noted in photos, specifically the GMKtec NucBox G2 (which they also sell on Amazon). It may fit other of their products, if any have the same top-side hole pattern.
