The PicoRom 1.7 is an in-circuit programable, 32-pin 256KB 70ns eprom emulator. It features a JEDEC pinout matching that of a 27C020 Eprom and will perfom as such when in circuit.

The beauty of this tool is that you can leave the emulator in circuit and update it over USB in < 1 second making for quick turnaround times when developing eprom based embedded devices. It's also great for experimenting or reverse engineering arcade boards which may require multiple roms per bank.

The software interface to the device allows for renaming devices in order to manage multiple in-circuit devices easily. You can also commit the uploaded data to flash for near instant availability on power up.

This version contains a user controllable reset pin to reset your device under test. It's a simple I/O pin that can be set high, low, or high-Z.
