How does it works?

Learn Process

The tester it is very easy to use, the best way to use the equipment is learn the sample cable, attach the cable to the equipment and press the button "Learn", after that the machine shows the wirelist, and the number of diodes, netlist and wires of the cable or harness, if the connections has been learned correctly, we can save the file.

Testing Process

After of the wirelist was saved into the machine, we can load the file, and perform test.

Testing Cables & Components

The Eriwire has a capability to learn and test Diodes and netlists, When try to learn a cable or harness sometimes it is possible the cable has a diodes or netlists (splices), the tester show the numbers of diodes, wires and netlist learned.

Insertion Mode

In the process of manufacture of a cable o harness some time, we need to insert cables with the same color in that case it is possible use the function insertion mode of the cable tester, with this option eliminate or reduce of mistake of insertion in the connector.
