I did this for IOT for my friend company, we use few of this and other i decided to sell
This module is Special because it fit 8 types of ESP32 AND esp8266 + Wemos D1 mini- ALL IN ONE BOARD I will provide the software bin file that allow to control 8 relays from Web Server, Nextion Mobile, matrix keypad, buttons, RF433, MQTT, HTP/IP So you can use any esp32 or NodeMCU modules to control it. Also i will provide pinouts and schematics and users can develop own software fot it.
