What is it?

V7 raw is a new type of Eink controller that aims to simplify the existing epdiy concept with less components to drive 8 bit Eink displays. NOTE the PCB comes naked without display you can get a ED052T** display in Aliexpress. MCU-6500 needs a small fix to get it working, if you don't care about Accelerator, will make send you a discount voucher!

Why did you make it?

Because I wanted to drift a bit a way from the idea of having to use always an IO expander. Using S3 you also have built in USB so you don’t need an UART chip. That means it’s a raw controller with only the things you need to drive the display.
