The XTiny is custom hardware designed to run the popular "Soarer's Converter" firmware in a space and cost-effective design. It allows you to use your vintage keyboard from the 80s and 90s with modern computers for an amazingly tactile experience. Pair this with an IBM Model F and you'll have reached typing nirvana! with the XTiny adapter, all you have to do is plug it in and you'll be clicking and clacking away!

Supported Keyboards: IBM Model F, IBM Model M, and nearly any clone that uses the XT or AT protocol and has a "large DIN" (DIN 41524) type connector.

Micro USB-B cable not included, but any generic phone charging/data cable can be used.

Perfect Converter

Simple affordable adapter.
Plugged in my 30 year old buckling spring keyboard and was typing away.
If you're trying to connect your vintage keyboard to something not so vintage, this is the way.

Perfect Adapter for dinosaur-boards

I recently had to go clean out some leftover boxes from my parents old place and found this old Win 95' keyboard by "NMB", its in PRISTINE condition and was was begging to drive the house nuts with the click-clacks and for me to toss my soul-less Logitech chiclet slab.

Tried searching for other products like this and can't find a thing that matches up, I've had to try those "adapter" cables from ebay/amazon for some older but needed keyboards for my work and knew how dodgy they could be, this on the other hand, perfection. (Though it doesn't work on Amtelco KB163's :(, but not what it was bought for)

Arrived on time, unwrapped it, jammed the fat 5-Pin in the socket and ran a new USB cable through my exquisite rats-nest of wiring, and I was instantly typing on the most tactile, loudest, most wonderfully beige keyboard I've used since elementary school.

This things is what it says, and does what its supposed to without fail or delay, honestly one of the most perfect purchases of 2020 for me.

Vintage Keyboard Problem Solver

I have some "old" keyboards that are still new in the box. They have legacy layouts that my Dad likes. This gives me the option of swapping in some old keyboard goodness. Now I can quest for old keyboards without fear of not being able to use them!
