What is it?

M10MEM is a 8KB module for most Kyocera KC-85 derivatives. It is compatible with the Tandy TRS-80 Model 100, the NEC PC8201A, and the Olivetti M10.

Why did you make it?

The original modules contained four 2Kx8 SMD SRAMs mounted on a ceramic substrate with a non standard DIP footprint. Needless to say, these modules have become increasingly hard to find. M10MEM is a modern replacement for the memory modules using a single 8Kx8 SRAM.
