For sale is a minimal parts kit for building up the basic parallel interface described in the Solid State Music IO-2 manual. This parts kit includes:

• Power supply regulator, heatsink, hardware, and capacitors
• Resistors and bypass capacitors
• All logic for address decode (74LS00 x2, 74LS04, 74LS42, 74LS86, 74LS85)
• 8-position DIP switch
• Two Intel 8212 parallel I/O interface ICs
• Two machine pin sockets

This is a parts kit consisting of largely 1970's technology, so some of the parts are NOS or tested pulls. For example, it's not possible to purchase genuine new Intel 8212 ICs.
