GrechTech RetroRosetta with LevelShifter

• Premium plug and play solution to use modern wireless game controllers with a wide range of older consoles
• Works directly with NES, SNES, Master System, Mega Drive / Genesis, Saturn, Jaguar, Atari Joystick port (Atari 2600, 7800, Commodore, Sinclair, etc), MSX, Virtual Boy, PCE / TG16, CD-i, 3DO, PC-FX, Amstrad CPC, and Parallel 1P (NeoGeo, Supergun, JAMMA, Handheld, etc)
• Wireless controllers for Wii, Wii U, Switch*, PS3, PS4, PS5, Xbox One & Xbox Series X|S are supported, as well as controllers from 8bitdo, Retro-Bit, RetroFighters, and many more.
• Supports mouse and keyboard inputs and outputs for some systems, which can also be used for mimicking official console attachments, see here for full details and system support
• Supports remapping, multitaps and alternate controllers for many systems, available via bluetooth web config
• Custom PCB that supports the powerful open source BlueRetro firmware with a portion of profits going to the developer
• Optional external USB Power available for systems that don't provide power over their ports (more info below).
• Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, N64, GameCube, Mini NES / SNES Classic and Wii / Wii U (GC and Ext ports) extensions are supported by disconnecting the wires for the LevelShifter add-on
• (Requires long assembly process - LevelShifter models not suited to fast swapping)
  *NOTE: BlueRetro devices currently have some instability when multiple Switch controllers are simultaneously used in multiplayer scenarios

Why did we make it?

• No need to rely on expensive controller refurbishments or low quality third party controllers for your retro consoles.
• Minimise e-waste by avoiding the need for new low quality third party controllers that aren't built to last, with the option to recycle cables from your old broken controllers.

What makes it special?

• Lower power use and less risk of interference compared to dongle based alternatives in multiplayer scenarios
• A carefully designed unique pin header connector makes this the only DIY friendly and truly versatile commercial BlueRetro solution, with a layout that minimises wiring by allowing most connections to be made with jumper blocks
• The custom PCB uses a Pi Zero form factor compatible with many other cases and mountings
• Designed and made in the UK, backed with many years of experience in ESP32 designs

What's included?

• If buying a pre-assembled unit, the case, cables, and jumper caps will be pre-fitted before shipping
• For kits, only a screwdriver is needed for assembly! No soldering required for any version
• All units are pre-flashed with BlueRetro
• All included cables cut to ~2 m, custom length requests are possible (up to 2 meters for most systems)
• Every unit comes with a pack of jumper caps. All cased units come with any nuts, bolts and other bits needed
• USB Micro Female power cables provided with Atari joystick, Amstrad and MSX bundles
• Resistor PCB provided with Any Region NES or SNES / SFC bundles
