This is a hardshell safety case that I designed for the Playdate console by Panic and Teenage Engineering!

I call it the PlaySafe Magnasec case.

Snaps shut and locks due to the magnetized inserts and male/female tab system.

Carefully form-fitted and magnetized design make sure that the Playdate console both stays secure and doesn't shake around while inside the case- or when being opened. Buttons will also remain inactive while inside the case due to the form-fit, allowing you to save battery!

Once opened, the Playdate console is easy to pull out and play! The front panel can also be folded back behind the back panel so you can hold it more comfortably if you want to play without using the crank.

Features a soft, screen protection insert that will prevent the Playdate screen from obtaining any scratches while inside the case.

A handy, adjustable lanyard allows the case to be attached to objects or carried around safely.

The case itself is made of 3D printed, colored PETG.

This case and all of my products are designed, printed and assembled by me in my apartment in Brooklyn, NY. For this reason, expect up to 7 days before shipping!
