This is a module that works with all 54600 series oscilloscopes except 54620 series which has a different looking front panel.

The module adds extra measurement memory, Math functions such as FFT, Integral, Derivative, Phase difference between 2 sources.

This module also allows you to hook your HP/Agilent 54600 series oscilloscopes (see the list above) up to your computer for print screen, data capture, and remote control the oscilloscope through GPIB. If you don't have a GPIB controller/card/interface on your PC, consider the other RS-232 variants of this module that I'm selling
