This suite composed by NE555 multivibrator and CD4017 decimal counter/pulse distributor. When 3, 4, 9 pulse arrives, Q1 conduction, shiny and J2 link LEDs plate 3 times, 5, 9, 10 pulse arrives, Q2 conduction, shiny and J3 link lEDs plate 3 times. When the ninth pulse arrives, Q3 conduction, shiny and J4 link LEDs plate 1, circulation LED shine alternately in turn. Change R4 size can change the period of oscillation, which changed the LED shining speed.
