I-EXTRUDER is Two-In-One stand-alone tool which combines the precision of linear stepper motor drive technology, the intelligence of microprocessor control, and the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of 10ml industrial syringe barrels (Nordson type syringes with pistons having mounting hole).

I-Extruder is very compact, light-weight (105g) and silent (35dB) so you can enjoy your working day, without fatigue and without the irritating noise of bulky air-compressor (80-90dB) required for traditional dispensers.

Extruder is fully configurable and fitted with 128x32 OLED screen so you can easily navigate between menu items and adjust any of following settings: Dispensing Time, Dispensing Mode or Pick & Place mode, Dispensing Speed, “Pull Back” Amount, Screen Brightness, Language (EN, FR, GE, IT, SP, RU), Micro-stepping Mode and save parameters in any of 9 user programs.

Also I-EXTRUDER has the "External Trigger" jack port, and can be triggered by: foot pedal switch, IR or Inductive proximity sensor, or +3.3V or +5V impulses from CNC machine so you can use it for semi automatic dispensing of solder paste, glues, silicons, greases...

The main description is for the "STANDARD" pack. However, to meet various requirements, I-Extruder is vailable in various packs. You can select the "ADVANCED" and "DELUXE" packs from options list.

"STANDARD" pack includes:
