I really like designing circuit boards, and I realised that they'd be an excellent medium for some artistic expression ;-)

Over the winter, we've become fascinated by Celtic/Pictish key pattern designs, and I decided to put some of these on to drinks coasters, using standard circuit-board manufacturing processes.

The design is done in electrolytic gold with a jet-black soldermask overlay. The substrate material is extra-thick (2.4mm instead of the more common 1.6mm) and they come with a non-slip cork backing and are securely packaged in a card holder and plastic wallet.

Diameter 9cm.

Price is for a single coaster.
