CCS881 (manufactured by AMS), first sensing element integrated in s-Sense CCS811 + HDC2010 combo sensor, is an ultra-low power digital gas sensor solution which integrates a metal oxide (MOX) gas sensor to detect a wide range of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) for indoor air quality monitoring.

HDC2010 (manufactured by Texas Instruments), the second sensing element integrated in s-Sense CCS811 + HDC2010 combo sensor, is an low power and high accuracy integrated humidity and temperature sensor. HDC2010 provides high accuracy measurement capability for a wide range of environmental monitoring applications and IoT such as smart thermostats, smart home assistants and wearable gadgets. The HDC2010 can also be used to provide critical temperature and humidity data for cold chain transportation and storage of perishable goods like food and pharmaceuticals.
