Do yourself a favor and remove the waste of space charging port that comes with the console and replace it with something future-proof! Honestly, I can't believe this didn't come as standard on the original console. (imagine if USB-C was around then huh)
I can confirm that this works with USB-C <-> USB-C cables as well as USB-A <-> USB-C.
I have gone through multiple revisions with this board to make it as easy as possible to install. The approach i have taken with this is to use resistor legs to connect to the original footprint, which provides a lot of additional stability when soldered in place.
I assemble these by hand ready to order!, if you're up for the challenge, you can request to buy this unassembled and do it yourself, i'll send you the components ;)

It was very easy to attach to the board.
Very good. However, it is necessary to scrape the case a little. I couldn't do it well, but I bought 8 pieces because I thought I could improve if I did a lot. I want to buy it again.
