What is it?

Filament Monitor displays the width of the filament with the use the filament width sensor module .

Why did you make it?

I did not find any similar unit so i made it !

What makes it special?

The filament width monitor has two input channels , First channel can read from 0 to 5 volts and the second channel reads the temperature by using an NTC Probe. this sensor can be used to monitor ambient temperature or else couple it to a motor.

The Filament Monitor requires 12v to power up.

Extra Features

The Filament Monitor checks the sensed voltage range between 1.65V to 1.85V and is translated to a metric value on the display. Any other voltage outside this range will make the led to flash. You can also connect a piezo electric buzzer to it !

Also can be used as out of filament sensor to detect no filament.
