The Mini At Mega 328 Soldering station control board is a miniature board that can control soldering iron heaters which does not have an sensor in them. This is achieved by controlling the drive current and through the cpu controls the drive for the heater to reach the set-point temperature.

The project is well supported and thanks to createskyblu who redesigned the GUI to version 1.87t

Various software versions are available and user can easily flash the prefered version .

T12 Quick Heating Soldering Station Features:

Real-time Temperature Monitoring: The soldering iron tip's temperature is monitored in real-time.

PID Temperature Control: Direct or PID control of the heater.

Rotary Encoder Temperature Control: Adjust the temperature using a rotary encoder.

Boost Mode: Activate boost mode by short pressing the rotary encoder switch.

Setup Menu: Access the setup menu by long pressing the rotary encoder switch.

Handle Movement Detection: Detect handle movement using a built-in sensor.

Iron Disconnection Detection: Detect if the iron is disconnected by checking if the temperature readings are invalid.

Timer Settings: Set timers for sleep or power-off modes when the iron is not in use.

Voltage and Temperature Measurement: Measure the input voltage, Vcc, and the internal temperature of the ATmega chip.

OLED Display: Information is displayed on an OLED screen.

Buzzer Support: Includes support for a passive buzzer.

Tip Calibration: Calibrate and manage different soldering tips.

EEPROM Settings Storage: User settings are stored in EEPROM and are not lost when powered off.

Hot-Swappable Tips: Detect when tips are changed and display a configuration menu for the new tip.

MOSFET Support: Compatible with both N-Channel and P-Channel MOSFETs.
