What is it?

This controller was designed to provide a solution in the installation of a refrigeration project. The controller has two sensors which measure the temperatures. The temperature difference is calculated and the difference is converted to an analogue voltage in the range of 0 to 10 Volts. This analogue control is often used on various inverted controllers, variable frequency drives and so forth. In addition, a three-channel fan speed output was also added to the design. The switching is performed by heavy-duty 20Amp Relays. The power supply is encapsulated to keep it safe on the board and also an RGB Led onBoard shows all the status.

Why did you make it?

I needed to interface an inverter controller in a project. After spending two days looking for such a controller, I finished designing my own as I did not find what I needed!

Controller States

The controller has the following cycle states

On Bootup: The LEDs cycle Blue - Red - Green - Blue and goes to standby.

On Standby: The led stays Green.

If a sensor is not detected then :

• Sensor 1 will flash Red
• Sensor 2 will flash Blue

On Dry contact Switch closed: Led's cycle Rainbow Colours and analogue output goes to Maximum voltage 10v for 20 seconds. After this cycle, the controller will measure the sensors and the difference is outputted as a voltage as follows :
