The single band 80 m to 10 m side feed half-wave linear antenna is designed for high portability. The antenna can be configured in various shapes: inverted "V", horizontal, inclined, and vertical (for high frequencies). It uses a balanced feed line, eliminating the need for a separate feeder.

A 1:49 toroid transformer is integrated for impedance matching with a 50-ohm feed point, handling up to 10 watts. The kit includes a high-voltage capacitor for reduced SWR across 80 m to 10 m bands, enabling use without a tuner, and optimized for SWR of 1.2 or less across the band.

You can also add some counter poise to improve the SWR.
