Introduction

iCESugar is a open source FPGA development board based on Lattice iCE40UP5k designed and made by Muse Lab. Though it’s small and exquisite, it contains rich peripheral resources on board including RGB LED，Switch，TYPE-C-USB, Micro-USB. Most of the IO are led out by standard PMOD connector and can connect with other PMOD device. Also, it has a on-board debugger called iCELink which is based on ARM Mbed DAPLink. You can just drag the FPGA bitstream into the virtual disk to program with a big convenience, since the iCELink supports drag-and-drop programming, USB CDC serial port and JTAG.

Great product and great seller

It's a great and versatile FPGA-board and works as described. The documentation and examples are easy to understand and well done. Also the seller was very helpful and responded fast when I messaged him.

Excellent board

Great value board! Shipped out fast and everything worked as expected. Only issue I found: it's a little annoying that some of the PMOD ports are labeled on the bottom, whereas the modules themselves are labeled on the top, meaning you need to keep flipping the board back and forth while you're writing your pcf file to make sure you've got the connections right. I realize that space is limited on the board itself so the placement of those labels is necessary, but it would be nice if the pinouts on the PMOD boards were labeled on the top *and* bottom for convenience.
