Amazing Set of Small and Large Breakout Boards

This set offers an incredible value, and the boards are built to higher quality standard. If you are going to try out a new SMD IC part, then you should have at least one set of these boards in your toolbox.

These boards are made with precision gold plating, ENIG (electroless nickel immersion gold). This is one of the most expensive metal coatings for circuit boards. The benefits include improved flatness, oxidation resistance, and superior soldering.

The package layout designs were painstakingly laid out and traces individually routed to make the board size small. By providing a small board design, we are minimizing the space used on the breadboard. This leaves more space for the rest of your circuit.

This set includes two panelized boards. One panel has small boards with package sizes from 6 pins up to 10 pins. The second panel has large boards with package sizes from 16 pins up to 28 pins. The full set has both common package layouts like SOIC-8 or TSSOP-16, and we have included more advanced packages like DFN-10 or QFN-16.

The final part count is 12 different boards, all with multiple copies for a total of 50 individual boards. Most of these boards are double sided to give you even more flexibility. Included on these boards are 23 different chip packages. This covers different package sizes, layouts, pin configurations, or pin counts.

The QFN-20/24 in the 3mm x 3mm package is a new addition. We searched through a bunch of datasheets and found a few that used this smaller package size. The tight packing of the pins pushes the boundaries a little, but we found space to add them to the panel.

All boards will be lead-free.
