You can just build your own - it's just x2 1k ohm resistors and a diode. In fact, that's what I have been doing for a while until working with other developers, customers, etc.. now I can just send this board along with an FTDI breakout board and you're good to go.

Instructions

• USB-Serial Converter does not provide power to board, but match logic levels 3.3V or 5V per what the target is powered at
• Match RX-RX, TX-TX, and GND-GND with USB-Serial and UPDI adapter. This is plug & play with most USB-Serial boards
• From Arduino IDE, make sure core is installed (tested with both DXcore v1.4.10 and megaTinyCore v2.5.11 - links above)
• Tools menu, choose device settings (no-bootloader devices) - see example picture above. Choose USB-Serial device from Port selection, then for Programmer, choose "SerialUPDI - Fast... ".
