The SMT-PCB-A4 is a Made in Germany CNC milled High Precision Manual Solder Paste Stencil Printer for double sided PCB-boards with 8mm space for the SMD parts on the solder side.

All aluminum parts are anodized for wear resistance.

Due to the patent pending design the print precision is only limited by the accuray of the PCB board and the accuracy of the milled holders, so with this high repeatability in most cases there is no need for readjustment between two PCB Boards. This reduces the time for printing significantly.

It is designed for fast prototyping with non framed stencils and can operate in the range from about 7 mm x 5mm to 105mm x 167mm down to 0.5mm fine pitch.

By design the MT-SP-A4 is ready for double sides pc-boards.

Max pc-boardsize:        108 mm x 167 mm.
Min pc-boardsize:        7 mm x     5 mm.
Repeatability            < 0.005 mm (Stencil, pc-board holder, stencil).
Pc-board thickness:       1.0 mm and 1.6 mm.
Stencil thikness:         about 80µm - 180µm steel, for no framed stencil only.
Designed for double-side PCB assembling, max hight 8 mm.
