What is it?

Banguino brings the most popular hobby and DIY development platform in the world into a single chip PLCC68 socket on your board, and offers full backwards compatibility with the worldwide most used Arduino board - the model 'Uno'. Bonus features include an on-board power supply to generate +5V and +3.3V to the user's external circuit, a micro-SD connector, and additional 10 configurable digital I/O ports. There are also two software controllable LEDs on board as well as a USB-to-UART bridge. Banguino provides a highly integrated solution for building simple or complex circuits and benefiting from the large variety of already existing Arduino-compatible code.

The DIY world loves the *duino platform. Banguino adds another selection option when creating highly-integrated mobile or wearable solutions - robots, drones, various battery-operated devices, etc.

What makes it special?

It only requires one square inch on your board to give a full Uno plus more. Unlike other similar compatible modules Banguino is thin because it does not have pins sticking out of its board. This makes it a good choice for wearable devices where three-dimensional size is an important factor.
