Why did you make it?

We wanted a lot of I/O in a small space.

What makes it special?

A crazy amount of I/O.

What if I want more than 128 I/O?

Yes, but you would need to also have an I2C multiplexer since the DIGIO-128 uses all of the I2C addresses (0x20-0x27). You could have 1024 I/O lines if you wish.

Very happy with this 64/128 Channel Digital I/O Card

I'm building on a RPI project that needs a lot of GPIO and this product was exactly what helped me out.
The shipping to Germany went relatively quick and I unpacked it in good state.

I'm not really experienced on this field (I2C) and had some troubles and questions so I contacted the seller. He really gave his best to help me solving my problems and answering my questions, very patiently. So that leaves me as a very pleased and happy user of this device.

I can certainly recommended this product.

Nice expander for lots of I/O's

This is a great board for expanding out to address vintage computer systems, or other boards which require more than a few I/O's to work.

I plan to use this to animate via simulators a number of front panels for various systems, such as DEC PDP 11s and the like.
