This Raspberry Pi controller board is intended to provide a hardware solution for controlling your Raspberry Pi based projects. It provides a 0.6" OLED screen with a rotary encoder and two pushbuttons. You can design your own menu-based interface for your project using Python or your favorite programming language.
For PiSCSI users, an existing software package allows you to quickly set up this OLED board and control your PiSCSI configuration through an intuitive menu interface. No coding is required for the PiSCSI use case!
Additionally, there are pins for connecting this control board on top of the version 2.x PiSCSI boards using the OLED display connector and a spare GPIO.
Note: Newer PiSCSI boards have 6 pins on the J4 "Oled" connector. These will mate up with the 6 pin connector of the control board. Older PiSCSI boards only have 5 pins on J4. These will also need to use "GPIO9" from connector J5.
Please see the schematics for additional information.
Though this was originally designed for the PiSCSI , it will work with any Raspberry Pi project. You'll just need to create your own software.

This control board provides the hardware necessary to create a menu interface to your Raspberry Pi based project.
It uses minimal GPIO pins (only one!) and the I2C bus. This frees up most of your GPIO pins for other uses.
