OSC 1.0 is an analog VCO that has a warm, powerful sound and offers two waveforms: sawtooth and square wave. With a compact size of 6hp, it includes connections for FM and PWM. This is a limited version where the front panel is made of polymethyl methacrylate (a more resistant type of acrylic), in red. I've been a musician for almost 30 years, originally a drummer, but I've always been interested in synthesizers. I always wanted to have a modular synthesizer and I even managed to buy some modules. About 7 years ago I started studying electronics because I felt like creating my own modules, as I realized it would be cheaper than buying all the ones I wanted. Today I create my circuit boards and send them to the factory to have them professionally made. But as it's not worth building 1 or 2 units, I order several, keep what I need and sell the rest. I apply this idea to all parts of the module, not just the boards. I like my modules to sound and work in a precise and pleasant way, so I always try to use the best components such as: high-precision resistors and potentiometers, balanced hfe transistors and I spend weeks testing different possibilities while developing the module.
