Read More…16 GPIO can act as binary input or output to trigger things such as an led or relay. ** These GPIO can be accessed via the screw terminals or the 4 RJ45 ports which use each twisted pair as 1 GPIO 1 on board relay that supplied 12V (designed to attach a siren) 3 on board buttons you can assign as needed.
This newer version of the board runs on 12V DC and can be power by an Active POE Adapter such as this one.
