Shipping Policy

1. The orders are now processed within 24 hours. We may pre-pone or post-pone the delivery for any gazetted holiday in INDIA.

2. Shipping methods are facing 97.66% accurate transit time (As of 22nd November 2024), Please note that some shipping charges don't include insurance of the consignment.

3. Projects involving batteries will be shipped Excluding the batteries due to IATA regulations.

4. The offerings from MakerPals are shipped from the "Bhārat Gaṇarājya" (Republic of India). The prices shown for the products here are Shipping Insurance/customs/ taxes/duties excluded. NOTE: The buyer has to pay for the customs/taxes/VAT solely if any levied on the order. For most of our shipments, Customs is rarely charged, but please be informed, the incoterms for all the shipment are "CIF" only.

5. In the event of any discrepancy in the customer's shipping details, whether intentional or unintentional, we reserve the right to contact the customer via the provided phone number or email. If the order is shipped and returned to us, we will attempt to communicate and allow a response within one month. After this period, the order will be marked as abandoned, and no refund shall be issued.

6. We charge Flat Fee as Shipping Charges, so you can now add multiple products or items under one shipping at no extra cost. The weight is no more a restriction when ordering from us.

For disputes, Email shipping@makerpals.in with the order ID and subject. We shall revert at the earliest.

Return Policy and Warranty We adhere to providing you with 100% genuine products and services, still, if we make any mistake with your order regarding the quality or shipping, we will definitely help you out with a resolution within 48hrs. Bring any such irresponsibility to our notice at the earliest. User-made errors in the product are not liable for replacement.
