What is it?

The new version of the Makerfabs Industrial-grade Soil Remote Monitor compares to the V1 version, the new version adds the following new spec:

1. Solar panel added, to ensure the system works stable for at least a few years;
2. IP48 waterproof, the whole system all waterproof, works anywhere in your field, no matter what the field status is;
3. Module name/ working signal interval settable easily by a phone, in less than 30 seconds.
4. ESP32S3 controller, more stable working

With the development of agricultural modernization and the popularization of precision agriculture, the remote monitoring of soil parameters such as temperature, moisture, PH, and so on, becomes more important.

This soil remote monitor has stable performance and high sensitivity and also is used to be a tool for observing and studying the occurrence, evolution, and improvement of saline soil and the dynamics of water and salt.

We prepared 2 versions of sensors, the A version output soil temperature& humidly, and the B version temperature/humidity/PH/Nitrogen/ Phosphorus/ Potassium, different from cheap soil moisture that just outputs a A/D data, this sensor output absolute measurement of humidity and PH value, which make it good for real agriculture applications.

The station is suitable for soil moisture monitoring, scientific experiments, water-saving irrigation, greenhouse, flowers and vegetables, grassland and pasture, plant cultivation, sewage treatment, fine agriculture, and other occasions.
