What is it?

These fixtures allow you to connect a device under test (like the awesome probe you just designed and want to characterize) to a signal generator and a scope, VNA or something else via two SMA connectors (or four SMAs for the differential version). You can even screw the whole thing down.

Mounting holes on all variants: M3, on a 30 mm x 30 mm square
50 Ohm coplanar waveguides with ground plane
1.6 mm thick

The common mode and differential variants are absolutely symmetrical.

To test various probe designs - in single ended, differential and common mode setups.
