Read More…This 3D printed bracket is designed to mount a standard 5V mini stepper motor (part no. 28BYJ-48, a commonly-available and affordable motor) to 10mm Makerbeams. It's printed in Filamentum black PLA and fitted with M3x0.5mm brass inserts to secure the motor. The brass inserts are heat-fitted and the holes are cleaned and checked for alignment prior to shipping. Additionally, everything you need to secure the motor to the bracket and the bracket to the beam is included:
I designed this model in Fusion 360 and published it on Thingiverse under a Creative Commons (non-commercial) license so you're free to print your own for personal use if you own a 3D printer.
