This offer is for a never programmed Atmel AVR ATxmega128A3U (with integrated USB full speed transceiver). The microcontroller is already soldered on a TQFP64 adapter (see picture) and successfully tested by PDI read.

The AVR is (pin- and code-)compatible to its predecessor (ATxmega128A3), see http://www.atmel.com/Images/doc8416.pdf.

It has 128KiB Flash program memory (plus 8KiB bootloader section), 8KiB S-RAM and EEPROM 2KiB.

If you wish, I can preprogram a bootloader onto the AVR for you. (For example you don't have an otherwise suitable programmer.) You can select between following three bootloaders (all three can be exchanged with eachother via update-firmwares afterwards):
