This is an adapter board for the popular USB(-hub) and ethernet controller LAN951X, known from most Raspberry Pi minicomputers. It is implementing most SMD and high-frequency components into convenient DIP connection points - great for DIY building USB hubs and/or network cards.

The supplied EEPROM is preprogrammed via https://github.com/dumpsite/LAN95XX-board/tree/master/eeprom-image and some individual modifications like: https://pastebin.com/P3gNHmL8
