What is it?

This is the standard CC1101 SubGHZ add-on board circuit assembled with a board, a 3D printed case and a custom antenna. The add-on board spans both sets of flipper GPIO pins so it can use the 3v GPIO pin, you do not need to enabled the 5v pin in the flipper settings to use the external module.

What makes it special?

I added an external CC1101 SubGHZ module to my Flipper Zero hoping to extend the range. However the CC1101 module I received had a 30cm whip antenna that works terribly at 433 Mhz, the most common frequency for signals I was going after. Using one of these custom quarter-wave monopole antennas tuned to 433Mhz, I was able to extend my "read" distance (a successful signal capture at 85 RSSI strength) for a keyfob press from 25 yards using the stock antenna that came with the CC1101 module out to 125 yards with the custom antenna.

Each one of these devices is assembled and tested in my flipper before it is shipped. In addition each antenna is tested to confirm an SWR of less than 2 at 433 Mhz.
