Based around MAX7301 with 40 configurable GPIO. For more details, see MAX7301 datasheet. The board allows the use of the two on-board MAX7301 like described in the datasheet but also adds support for selecting between 3V3 and 5V operation. Depending on the selection, the MAX7301 will operate at that voltage. Essentially you can interface with 5V devices from 3.3V Raspberry Pi. Given the design and the operation of the MAX7301 are compatible with your design.

GPIO are broken out into 4 headers each with 10 GPIO plus additional grounds and 3V3 and 5V pins.

Compatible with all Raspberry Pi that come with the 40-pin header.

Transition detection INT signals from the two MAX7301 are wired to the Raspberry Pi 40-pin header physical pin numbers 29 and 31.

Has been tested with Raspberry Pi 3 B+ with pigpio in C, and can reliably perform approximately 100,000 operations per second (8 bytes each) at 10MHz SPI clock.
