This is an enclosure design that fits the Arduino Uno with the popular 16x2 LCD Keypad Shield attached. The front side of the enclosure is left open for access to the ports (which are slightly behind the LCD shield's edge as shown). The corners are supported by aluminum standoffs to remove stress from the acrylic sides. The sides are all laser cut from cast acrylic. A variety of colors are available!

The kit comes with the acrylic parts and the fasteners (including aluminum standoffs) to mount the Arduino and assemble the enclosure.

summary

If you use an Adafruit LCD shield, it doesn't fit. It looks like it should. But it doesn't. An end piece interferes with the length of the lcd.
